Berero (berero.ro) offers the following delivery methods:
I. In Romania
- Delivery in Bucharest - maximum 24-36 h from the order, delivery in maximum 2 days:
- Between 0 and 199 RON -15 RON;
- Free delivery for orders over200 RON.
- Between 0 and 199 RON -15 RON;
- Delivery in Ilfov county - exclusively through courier companies with which we collaborate
IMPORTANT: Orders with delivery in Bucharest can often be delivered the same day.
3. Weekend delivery - Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, after 12:00, only in Bucharest and Ilfov:
- Between 0 and 499 RON - 45 RON;
- Free delivery for orders over 500 RON.
4. Courier service : Cargus (1-3 days), Delivery in 1-3 working days, Calculation grid depending on the order value
- up to 199 RON order value - 15 RON;
- over 200 RON - free of charge.
Additional cost for cash on delivery: +5 RON
5. Easybox (by Sameday) - delivery method consisting in personal collection from Sameday lockers. You select the locker in the area where you want to pick up, the customer receives a message with a code to open it.
Delivery cost:
- 15 RON - order up to 199 RON;
- 0 RON - FREE - order over 200 RON.
6. FANbox (by Fancurier) - delivery method consisting in personal pick-up from Fancurier lockers. You select the locker in the area where you want to pick up, the customer receives a message with a code to open it.
Delivery cost:
- 15 RON - order up to 199 RON;
- 0 RON - FREE - order over 200 RON;
IMPORTANT: The shipping amount displayed for orders outside Bucharest is informative and may be subject to change. The customer of berero.ro website will be informed before the parcel is sent about the amount of transport that suffers these changes.
IMPORTANT: In the month of December, being a month in which courier companies are very busy, there may be small delays (between 1 and 3 days) for orders from outsideBucharest.

Order
The Customer / Buyer can place Orders on the Site, by adding the desired Goods and / or Services in the shopping basket, and then complete the Order by making payment by one of the methods indicated. Once added to the shopping basket, a Good and/or a Service is available for purchase to the extent that there is stock available for it. The addition of a Good/Service to the shopping basket, in the absence of the Order being finalised, does not entail the registration of an order, and therefore does not automatically reserve the Good/Service.
By finalising the Order, the Buyer agrees that all the data provided by the Buyer, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the Order.
By finalising the Order, the Buyer consents that the Seller may contact the Buyer, by any means available/agreed by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Buyer.
The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer upon prior notice to the Buyer, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
- non-acceptance by the bank issuing the Buyer's card, of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
- invalidation of the transaction by the card processor authorised by the Seller, in case of online payment;
- the data provided by the Customer/Purchaser on the Website are incomplete and/or incorrect;
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e. to return a Good or to cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, stating a solid reason and bearing the delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or renouncing a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - in case the Buyer orders in one single order multiple products to be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part - in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts
If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, the Buyer will be able to fill in the online return form which can be found at the address*if available*.
If the Customer/Purchaser requests to withdraw from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, he/she must return the original packaging together with the documents that accompanied the product. In case the Order is paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be refunded as follows:
- for Orders paid by bank card -> by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
- for Orders paid by Op/ramburs -> by bank transfer;
The Seller may postpone reimbursement of the amount until receipt of the Goods sold or until receipt of proof that they have been dispatched.
If the Goods are returned in a damaged condition (worn packaging, missing documents), the Goods are considered damaged and we reserve the right to charge a fee for restoring the Goods to their original condition, as applicable. We will re-ship the Goods, the delivery costs being borne by the Buyer.
