The Berero website (berero.ro) is operated by the company BERERO STORE SRL, with headquarters in Bucharest, bd. Alexandru Ioan Cuza, nr. 21, Parter, Camera 2, Sector 1, registered in the Trade Register under number J40/11886/2024, fiscal code RO50234636. The use of the site (including access, browsing and purchasing products from this site) constitutes an implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document with all the effects and consequences arising from it.

The administrator of the Berero site (berero.ro) reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notice to the persons who use it, hereinafter referred to as "Users". Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the services, so that they can consult them at any time.

Site content and intellectual property rights

The content of this site may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, exhibited, for purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. The extraction of any information followed by any use for commercial purposes beyond the scope of private copying regulated by law or for sale or licensing and without the prior written consent of the holders of the property rights constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions.

You also agree not to affect or interfere in any way with the security features of the Site, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of content or features that reinforce the limits of use of the Site or its content.

Consumers' right to unilateral cancellation of the contract

Please make sure that you have checked the product specifications and its compatibility by visiting the manufacturer's website before purchasing it. The commercial relations between the buyer and Berero (berero.ro) are officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 10 working days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.

The Berero administrator (berero.ro) is constantly endeavouring to keep the information on the site accurate, but sometimes it may contain inadvertencies (product specifications or prices changed by the manufacturer without notice or vitiated by operating errors). Please note: the photographs are for information purposes only and may contain accessories not included in the standard packages.

Fraud

In order to access and use certain sections of the website it may be necessary to create a personal account. You hereby declare that you assume full responsibility for any and all activities carried out through the account that you open on the website and, consequently, we advise you to ensure the security of your account password or other access data. In the event that the security of the account you hold is compromised, you must immediately notify the site administrator. Berero (berero.ro)is not responsible for any damage caused to you or third parties of any kind by unauthorised use of the account.

Applicable law

By using the Berero (berero.ro) website, the user agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between users and the Berero (berero.ro) administrators or its associates/partners/affiliates. In the event of any disputes, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably, and if an amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be settled in court, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

Service availability

The Berero (berero.ro) administrator reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or sub-pages of the Berero (berero.ro) website at any time and at any freely chosen time interval, having the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or totally interrupt the services made available to the public through this website without any prior individual or general notification.

Use of the site by persons under 18


Berero.ro is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Although they cannot be prevented from doing so, they do not have the right to send or post information on the www.Berero.ro website , of whatever nature. Any such operation will be executed through the legal representative of the minor, the latter being responsible for the actions of the minor and may be liable for any damage caused to the site or the site owner.

Responsibilities and guarantees regarding products and services


The products (when applicable) are accompanied by manufacturers' declarations of conformity/warranties. Berero.ro cannot be held responsible for any inconsistencies or shortcomings in the products, their quality or any other aspects concerning these products.

Berero.ro respects the legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantee. These guarantees offered by Berero.ro cannot exceed the guarantees derived from declarations of conformity/warranties offered by the manufacturers themselves. In the event of unequivocal non-conformities on delivery, which can be ascertained without affecting the content of the products or other marketing elements (e.g.: labelling, tax stamps, packaging, etc.) Berero.ro assumes the obligation to replace the product/products thus ascertained.

Products and services offered on the website www.berero.ro. Price policy

BERERO STORE SRL reserves the right to select its customers. The products sold through www.berero.ro are new, in the original packaging of the manufacturer and at the time of delivery are accompanied by tax invoice / tax voucher, according to current legislation. Products and services are offered under the conditions of compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of available stock.

Prices include VAT and do not include delivery costs. BERERO STORE SRL is a VAT paying company.

BERERO STORE SRL makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the operation of this site, the information, the accuracy of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the products on the site and their suitability for a particular purpose. Users expressly agree that use of this site and the purchase of related products or services is at their own risk. The images published on the site are by way of example and the products delivered may differ from the images shown in any way (colour, accessories, appearance etc.).

Refund policy

Products may be returned within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt only if damaged during transport. In case of breakage/damage of the product during transport, BERERO STORE SRL undertakes to replace the product at its own responsibility (will cover transport and replacement of the product) or will refund the customer the money for the damaged/returned products.

The returned product had to contain the original packaging and have no visible signs of use. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return, by the same method used for payment (postal money order for payment on delivery or credit card refund for payment by credit card). Only the value of the product will be refunded, excluding carriage charges.

Payment methods available

Payment for products ordered from www.berero.ro can be made in the following ways:

-reimbursementby the moment the parcel reaches its destination. No additional fee will be charged compared to the one confirmed by telephone or e-mail. Payment will be made in cash, directly to the courier who will deliver the parcel;

- in advance,online payment by credit card. The transaction will be processed by Netopya through www.mobilpay.ro, the company through which online payments are made in Romania. We guarantee full money back in case the order is not finalised.

- For payment by credit card, the transaction will appear on the customer's bank statement with the name BERERO STORE SRL.

Guarantee of online card payment service:

-Online payment can be made with your personal or company card in complete security. The cards accepted for payment are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have code CVV2/CVC2).

-There is no additional transaction fee.

-Card data is processed exclusively on the PlatiOnline servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Netopya does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. No matter what currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei at your bank's exchange rate.

Methods of transport

Berero undertakes to ship the Goods to the Buyer by door-to-door courier. When handing over the Goods to the courier company with which it co-operates, the Seller discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods. The Seller shall ensure proper packaging of the Goods and shall ensure the transmission of accompanying documents.

Berero will deliver the Goods within the territory of Romania.

  1. Delivery in Bucharest - maximum 24-36 h from the order, Delivery in maximum 2 days:
    • Between 0 and 199 RON - 15 RON;
    • Free delivery for orders over 200 RON.
  2. Delivery in Ilfov county - exclusively through courier companies with which we collaborate

IMPORTANT: Orders with delivery in Bucharest can often be delivered the same day.

  1. Weekend delivery - Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, after 12:00, only in Bucharest and Ilfov:
  • Between 0 and 499 RON - 35 RON;
  • Free delivery for orders over 500 RON.
  1. Courier service: Cargus (1-3 days), Delivery in 1-3 working days, Calculation grid depending on the order value
  • up to 199 RON - 15 RON;
  • over 200 RON - free of charge.

    Additional cost for cash on delivery: + 5 RON
  1. Easybox (by Sameday) - delivery method consisting in personal collection from Sameday lockers. You select the locker in the area where you want to pick up the locker, the customer receives a message with a code to open it.

Delivery cost:

  • 15 RON - order up to 199 RON;
  • 0 RON - FREE - order over 200 RON.
  1. FANbox (by Fancurier) - delivery method consisting in personal pick-up from Fancurier lockers. The customer selects the locker in the area where he/she wants to pick up the locker and receives a message with a code to open it.

Delivery cost:

    • 15 RON - order up to 199 RON;
    • 0 RON - FREE - order over 200 RON (INCLUDED);
  1. Personal collection from our headquarters in Bd. Alexandru Ioan Cuza, nr. 21, Sector 1, Bucuresti. Payment can be made online through Netopia or at the POS on the spot.We also accept cash payment at our office.

IMPORTANT: The shipping amount displayed for orders outside Bucharest is informative and may be subject to change. The customer of berero.ro website will be informed before the parcel is sent about the amount of transport that suffers these changes.

IMPORTANT: In December, being a month in which courier companies are very busy, there may be small delays (between 1 and 3 days) for orders from outside Bucharest.

Return

For orders paid by card the amount will be returned on the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return.

Final provisions

Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on www.berero.ro and which is not already dealt with by any article of the present document, will be solved amicably, within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of the written notification of the problem by the user. If you have problems related to an order, which do not seem to be able to be resolved with the person with whom you discuss, you can contact for a free conciliation with Ioan Mitroi at the email address ioan.mitroi@gmail.com.

If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed by both parties will have jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the www.berero.ro website , the client fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the website under these conditions.
